Abstract

Youth mental health has emerged as a critical public health concern in today's rapidly evolving society. This paper examines the challenges facing youth mental wellbeing in the modern era and proposes comprehensive support strategies. Through analysis of contemporary research and intervention frameworks, the study identifies key factors contributing to declining mental health among young people, including digital media exposure, academic pressure, social isolation, and decreased face-to-face interaction. The research highlights the importance of multi-level approaches incorporating school-based programs, family engagement, technology-aided interventions, and policy reform. Findings demonstrate that integrated support systems which combine traditional therapeutic methods with innovative digital tools show promise in addressing youth mental health challenges. This paper contributes to the growing body of knowledge on effective youth mental health promotion and intervention strategies suitable for the unique pressures of the modern era.
