This integration of local culture has the potential to increase the closeness of counselors and clients, strengthen the client's cultural identity, and crmakan e a more humane counseling atmosphere. Thus, Makan  bajamba can be a relevant model of culture-based intervention in multicultural counseling practices in Indonesia.
