This study aimsto look at the potential impacts of coordination Mindfulness-Based Push Decrease (MBSR) into wellbeing and social care instruction programs. It looks for to survey how an MBSR program impacts push, physical trouble, work burnout, work engagement, and compassion in wellbeing and social care understudies. on the scholarly strength of approaching Lesson X tall school understudies . To achieve this, the research employs a Literature Review methodology. Researchers consulted a diverse range of international databases including ResearchGate, SagePub, LibGen, Springer, and Wiley, as well as the national database SINTA, to identify relevant articles related to Academic Resilience and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
